Who we are

Healthy Hormones is a GP-led initiative improving how hormonal health—in particular peri/menopause—is understood, supported, and prioritised across Australia. We achieve this through public awareness campaigns, professional education, community connection, and strong advocacy for systemic change.

Our online community brings together thousands of members, and our landmark event series So Hot Right Now has helped put menopause firmly into the national spotlight. Whether you're a health professional, policymaker, or navigating menopause yourself, Healthy Hormones is your space to learn, connect, and become part of this movement.

What we do

  • So Hot Right Now Menopause Event Sydney Opera House

    Public Awareness

We’re raising the profile of menopause through media, social platforms, podcasts, and standout moments like So Hot Right Now at the Sydney Opera House.

Inside our community, live events and discussion forums help women feel informed, supported, and seen.

  • Professional Education

The Healthy Hormones platform helps doctors and other health professionals build their confidence in menopause care through expert content, case discussion and peer connection.

We also host in-person learning, including our So Hot Right Now medical conference, focused on individualised, evidence-based care.

  • Online Community

Our free online community supports both the public and health professionals with evidence-based resources, live events, and space to connect and learn.

Members can ask questions, share experiences, and network with like-minded people—all in a supportive, trusted environment.

  • Menopause advocacy

We advocate for policy change to make menopause care more accessible and affordable across Australia.

Recent efforts include our contributions to the national Senate Inquiry into peri/menopause and campaigning for more PBS-listed hormone therapy.
